I loved prime central location and friendly multilingual staff. The bed was good sized and room was extremely pleasant & very affordable. Easy access to Cardiff airport, within 0.5 km. The service offered was outstanding too. Beautiful garden outside. This calm hotel was great value as contrasted with other options.

I really enjoyed the best possible location and the staff was sincere! Brilliant view, a tiny balcony, quiet bed, too. The very tasty breakfast with pastries, cheese, breads, milk and jam. The pool was heated and the garden - lovely. Outstanding value for warm room.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided perfect service. Had nice hot breakfasts at 9.30 am. Besides, an Elizabethan mansion was 5 km away from the venue. It was a quite comfortable time staying at this low budget hotel.

comfy beds and polite staff. raglans restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. great value for money, we would love to return.
